Biography
Lisa is recently retired from a 24-year career with PepsiCo. Her PepsiCo journey
spanned from New York to Dallas, where she served in Accounting and Finance roles in
multiple PepsiCo divisions. In 2003, as PepsiCo was experiencing significant growth,
she was asked to create a shared services division to bring “back office” processes
together with the formation of a North America shared services center in Plano, Texas.
Most recently Lisa was Vice President for PepsiCo Global Financial Shared Services,
serving as the Global Transition and Process Transformation Leader. Leveraging best
practices and enabling technology, Lisa streamlined Accounting processes globally,
helping to establish multiple shared services centers and deliver high quality services to
internal and external customers.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Lisa started her career in Audit with KPMG, working in both
Dallas and New York.
Since retirement from Corporate life in 2016, Lisa founded a professional organizing
business with the mission to bring productivity and efficiency to clients’ home, office,
information and data. Her approach is to create simple processes and solutions to
reduce anxiety and increase control. As Chief Simplification Officer of Living Simply by
Lisa, each engagement is handled with a no judgment, transformational approach to
enable clients achieve their goals, one space at a time.
Lisa attended The University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Accounting and
Management, and is also a Texas CPA. In her free time, she is active in a number of
non-profit organizations in the community and also loves to travel, cook, exercise,
network and spend time with family and friends. She has two beautiful grown daughters
and resides in Plano with her husband and 3 dogs.
